DETROIT, MI, MARCH 19. 2019- The Judicial Tenure Commission and its staff are saddened to learn of the death of former Staff Attorney Thomas Prowse. Tom died suddenly on March 17, 2019. He worked for the Commission for over 30 years until his retirement in 2009, including service as Interim Executive Director of the Commission in 1996 - 1997. Tom was a graduate of Wayne State University Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1971. The Commission and its staff send their thoughts and prayers to Tom’s family.
