DETROIT, MI, February 16, 2024, updated March 13, 2024- The Judicial Tenure Commission announced on February 16 that it has engaged the National Center for State Courts to review the Commission's investigation dispositions for the years 2008 - 2022 for evidence of racial disparity in outcomes. The review process will begin on February 19, 2024, and will be completed by December 21, 2024.
