DETROIT, MI, April 16, 2022- Disciplinary Counsel and respondent's counsel have filed submissions addressing the Master's report in FC 103 as to Hon. Tracy Green, 3rd Circuit Court. Counsel have until Friday, April 29, 2022 to file responses to opposing counsel's submissions. The Commission will hear oral argument in the proceedings on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. The arguments will be in person at the Michigan Court of Appeals, Suite 14-300, Cadillac Place, Detroit.
