Michigan Supreme Court issues interim suspensions of two judges based on Commission petitions

DETROIT, MI, June 19, 2020- The Michigan Supreme Court has issued interim suspensions of two judicial officers, with pay and in unrelated cases, based on petitions filed by the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission.

One interim suspension was issued to Hon. Kahlilia Y. Davis, 36th District Court. Judge Davis is currently the respondent in Complaint No. 101. The Michigan Supreme Court's order may be accessed by clicking here.
