Michigan Supreme Court issues opinion and order in Formal Complaint No. 87 as to Hon. James M. Justin-  DETROIT, MI, JANUARY 30, 2012-  On January 27, 2012, the Michigan Supreme Court issued an opinion and order removing Judge James M. Commission issues Formal Complaint No. 88 as to Hon. Sylvia A. James, 22nd District Court-  DETROIT, MI, OCTOBER 27, 2011- On October 26, 2011, the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission filed Formal Complaint No. 88 as to Hon.
