COMMISSION ISSUES DECISION AND RECOMMENDATION IN FORMAL COMPLAINT NO. 81
DETROIT, MI, April 23, 2008 -- On April 21, 2008, the Judicial Tenure Commission issued its Decision and Recommendation for Order of Discipline in Formal Complaint No. 81, as to Hon. Beverley Nettles-Nickerson. Two Concurring and Dissenting Opinions were also issued.

DETROIT, MI, April 22, 2008 -- On April 16, 2008, the Examiner filed objections, and a brief in support, as to the master's report in Formal Complaint No. 82, Hon. William C. Hultgren. The brief also contains the Examiner's request for sanctions, as directed in the Michigan Court Rules.
