DETROIT, MI, October 17, 2022-  Hon. Tracy Green, respondent in FC 103, has filed a petition in the Michigan Supreme Court objecting to the Commission's Decision and Recommendation. After oral argument, the matter will then be submitted to the Supreme Court for a decision under MCR 9.252.
