DETROIT, MI, April 28, 2020- The Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission has adjourned the oral argument scheduled for Monday, May 4, 2020, in FC No. 100, as to Hon. Byron J. Konschuh, due to logistical issues in holding the proceeding with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The Commission is working on rescheduling the oral argument.
