DETROIT, MI- MARCH 16, 2020- The Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission has authorized the filing of Complaint No. 101 as to Hon. Kahlilia Y. Davis, 36th District Court of Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan. A copy of the complaint may be accessed by clicking here. The Commission has also filed a petition in the Michigan Supreme Court for the appointment of a Master to conduct a hearing on the complaint.
