DETROIT, MI, JUNE 28, 2019- The Michigan Supreme Court has issued its opinion in FC 99, as to Hon. Theresa M. Brennan, 53rd District Court. The Court removed Judge Brennan from office, effective immediately, and included a six-year conditional suspension if Judge Brennan should regain judicial office.
