The Michigan Court Rules which concern the Commission (MCR 9.200, et seq.) were substantially revised effective September 1, 2019, with other revisions since then. The Commission staff works to keep this website updated to reflect the rule changes, but the actual Michigan Court Rules, along with cases and relevant statutory authority, should be referenced for accuracy.
